Step 1 – From front page of your firestick, go to Settings.

Step 2 – Go to settings and click on MY FIRE TV.

Step 3 – Turn on Developer options so you may download 3 rd party apps. If you do not see Developer Options. Click on the first item – Fire TV Stick 4K. You will click 7 times. Now go back to settings and click on My Fire TV and yo will now see Developer Options. Turn ON Developer options. You may find this video helpful https://youtu.be/iZWQ7dGhYlo

Step 4 – From the home page, go to the search bar in upper left corner of screen and type in DOWNLOADER.

Step 5 – Download and install the Downloader App

Step 6 – Open Downloader app and click on Browser

Step 7 – Remove the top URL and replace with https://mavbox.com/tv/install/firestick-tv-installation/

Step 8 – Download and install the Mavbox app.

Step 9 – Once installed, click OPEN.

Step 10 – Once Mavbox app is open, Install the Username and Password codes that we send you via email within 24hrs

Step 11 – unplug the power to firestick for 10 seconds and restart

Now that you have the app installed, the final step is that you will need to insert your credentials.  They are case sensitive so type in exactly how we sent to you.

We will be sending you an email within 2 hours, as long as it’s not between 11pm and 10am while we are closed.  If so, look for our email in the morning.

Once your trial is over, go to https://mavbox.com/tv/buy-now/ and purchase more time. We will activate your account and username and password will not change.

When paying for the service you may pay monthly, or enter our autopay system that will take care of all future payments for you and send you email notifications along the way.  You can cancel at any time.
